User question: Hi Guys, what do you think about Slack (WORK)? I just know that in the tech world it has become an absolute MUST. I think it has more potential than ZM – at least it has more penetration.
User comment: I’m personally a huge fan of slack for my business. But generally don’t love the idea of investing in a product that everyone can understand. I think it invites more in experienced investors and more exhuberance. That said, I have not looked at the financials at all.
Victor: Thanks for the question on WORK. Certainly an exciting and fast growing up-and-coming company. I did some brief analysis of Slack last week the day they went public, but don’t have it handy, and have been on planes and trains the past couple of days. I’ll try to post something on the financials and growth in a few days, but please note that my post will be intermittent at best as I travel with the family for the month of July in Spain and France. I do not plan to invest in the company at this time, though it does warrant some precursory analysis to understand where they are currently in their trajectory and can go.
