User Comment: Hi Victor, my son (he’s 12 years old) asked me today if he can borrow money to invest in stocks. Crazy, I never thought that he would be interested in that. Now I wonder, what is the easiest to understand platform? I guess I’ll borrow him a couple hundred dollars and make him pay interest, but I obviously would like to help him understand and be successful in this. I’m using E*TRADE, and I myself hardly understand it.
Victor’s comment: I use E*TRADE and Fidelity and I like them both. I use E*TRADE for all my options trading because I think it’s more streamlined for that purpose. I also have a E*TRADE accounts for each of my two teenagers to learn, but happy to discuss offline the graphs, apps and other news sources I use. Great that he is interested this early! That is half the battle!

User Comment: A word of caution, that there may be a resurgence of COVID, may have market impact, will have a human impact. As a doctor, I listen to the doctors on what to expect ahead, and we are NOT out of the woods.

Victor’s Comment: Usually 1 hour long… just read the earnings report. They were definitely hit by the virus. Down 11% after-hours, but that may or may not continue tomorrow. Call should be very interesting. The stock price is just back where they were three days ago. They have dropped their guidance for the year, and gave only 15% growth projection for the next quarter. I’m not worried about this company long term, but short term it is seeing an impact. This quarter last year they had 51% growth compared to 43% rev growth this Q1. Going to jump on the call now.
